Job summary

National 360 in Adelaide is seeking an Occupational Therapist to grow their skills in a supportive team. The role offers caseload variety, including mental health, paediatrics, and home modifications, with options for telehealth, clinic work, and in-office sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload aligned to interests across mental health, paediatrics, aged care, AT, home mods or generalist work through community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.
• Flexible appointment setting with option to work from home and in the Adelaide office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development and career progression support.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of OTs, speech pathologists and physiotherapists.
• Provide clinical supervision to OTs and university students and contribute to team growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that’s mental health, paediatrics, aged care, assistive technology, home modifications or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions.
• Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in the Adelaide office.
• Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance.
• Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists dedicated to making a real community impact.
• Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Play an active role in senior team meetings and initiatives that encourage growth and team development.
• Provide clinical supervision to occupational therapists and university students, sharing your expertise and nurturing new talent.
• Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

WHO YOU ARE

• You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• You have current AHPRA (or pending).
• You have full Australian working rights (or pending).
• You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings.
• You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver’s licence.
• You have or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working With Children Check.
