Job summary

Concentric Health in Revesby NSW is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our hybrid clinic and community team. You will lead assessments, develop individualised therapy plans, and mentor junior OTs while expanding your own clinical expertise.

You’ll work across clinic and community settings with NDIS participants, enjoy a supportive multidisciplinary environment, flexible hours, no weekends, and a focus on work-life balance while pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy.
• 4+ years experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions across clinic and community settings.
• Work with clients, families and support networks through education and coaching.
• Manage a diverse caseload across the lifespan.
• Mentor and support other OTs, sharing knowledge and experience.
• Support development of less experienced clinicians through collaboration and case discussions.
