Job summary

Concentric in Revesby NSW is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our hybrid clinic/community team. This role offers mentorship opportunities and a path to grow clinically while mentoring colleagues.

You will work with NDIS participants and community clients, supporting meaningful goals and independence, with flexible work-life balance in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Complete functional assessments and develop individualised therapy plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions across clinic and community settings.
• Work alongside clients, families and support networks through education and coaching.
• Manage a diverse caseload across the lifespan.
• Mentor and support other OTs, sharing knowledge and clinical experience.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Develop own clinical expertise through mentoring, supervision and professional development.

You’ll work in a hybrid working model across clinic and community settings, supporting NDIS participants and community clients to achieve meaningful goals, build independence and get more out of everyday life.
