Job summary

NeuroRehab Allied Health Network in Victoria is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist with a paediatrics focus to join our team and deliver person-centred therapy across clinics, home and community settings in Werribee, Melton and Deer Park.

You’ll have opportunities to grow your clinical expertise and leadership skills through three dedicated career pathways: Leadership, Education, and Clinical Expertise, with flexible full-time options (minimum 3 days/week).

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• 3+ years of Occupational Therapy experience.
• Experience working within an NDIS framework.
• Police Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Driver's Licence and ability to travel between clinics.
• Knowledge of assistive technology and neurodivergence / family-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive OT assessments, interventions, education and reports.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across clinics, homes and community settings.
• Mentor and supervise junior clinicians.
• Prescribe and apply assistive technology.
• Lead service development and leadership initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• 3+years of Occupational Therapy experience
• Experience working within an NDIS framework
• Successful candidates are required to undertake a Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screen.
• Driver's Licence
• Familiarity, knowledge and understanding of prescribing a range of assistive technology
• Understanding and awareness of supporting neurodivergence and family centred practice
