Job summary

Better Rehab is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Arundel team on the Gold Coast, delivering client-centred OT services across NDIS and Support at Home, including ADLs, AT and home modifications.

Join a collaborative, clinician-led team with strong clinical support and a varied caseload. You’ll mentor peers, contribute to growth, and advance your leadership capabilities while enjoying work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Ideal candidate has 4+ years of OT experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct meaningful assessments and develop participant-centred therapy plans.
• Work across homes, schools, day programs, clinics and community spaces.
• Build strong relationships with participants and assess outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases.

This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications.
