Qualifications

• 7+ years in site reliability, platform engineering or infra operations.
• Experience operating large-scale distributed systems at pace.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Java, or similar for automation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and scale LogScale cells for reliability.
• Upgrade clusters and microservices with ring-based rollout strategies.
• Build monitoring, SLIs, dashboards and alerting for rapid troubleshooting.
• Develop Go microservices and automation to reduce toil.
• Collaborate with product engineering and support to handle incidents.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to knowledge sharing.
