Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Engineer for the NG-SIEM Serverless Cell Platform in Australia. You will help scale and maintain the world’s largest SIEM infrastructure, building automation and self-healing systems to deliver robust data processing at scale.

You will write Go microservices, deploy patches, and drive monitoring improvements while collaborating with product teams across time zones to ensure security data is always available for detection and response.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in site reliability, platform, or infra operations for large-scale systems.
• Experience with capacity planning and scaling for distributed services.
• Proficiency in Go or Python and automation scripting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, health-check, and ensure reliability of LogScale cells.
• Perform on-call rotations and incident response with escalation paths.
• Upgrade clusters, deploy patches, and recover cells during failures.
• Build monitoring with SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, and alerting.
• Develop Go microservices and automation to reduce toil and enable self-healing.
• Collaborate with product engineering and support to resolve production issues.
