CyberCX, part of Accenture, is seeking a Technical Lead for Networks and Security to join our Managed Security Engineering team in Australia. The role is highly hands-on and senior, crossing Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms with responsibility from design to proactive service improvements.

You will guide other engineers, lead major incidents, and build credible customer relationships while driving solutions that move reactive support toward proactive engineering outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Production experience across enterprise network security environments.
• Strong hands-on Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto Networks expertise.
• Experience with FortiManager and Panorama.
• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, BGP and OSPF.
• Experience with VPN/IPsec, NAT, HA and failover.
• SD-WAN proficiency and firewall policy understanding.
• Experience leading major incidents and change management.
• Exposure to automation via Ansible, Terraform or scripting.
• Cloud networking familiarity with Azure and AWS.

Aufgaben

• Act as a senior technical escalation point across complex network security environments.
• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting across Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues involving firewall policy, NAT, VPN/IPsec, routing and HA/failover.
• Lead or support major incidents with technical coordination and post-incident improvements.
• Manage centrally managed environments using FortiManager and Panorama.
• Review customer environments to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop practical recommendations and improvement plans for customers.
• Contribute to network security architecture, design and implementation.
• Perform upgrades, patches and optimisation across production environments.
• Support change processes with thorough planning and testing.
• Troubleshoot across the wider network including routing and application connectivity.
• Work with BGP, OSPF, VPNs, load balancing and enterprise networking.
• Contribute to automation and operational improvements.
