DBG Health & Axia Beauty Group is seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Manager to lead our Woolworths portfolio. You will drive sales growth, strengthen strategic customer partnerships, and deliver category and commercial objectives across leading brands.

You will bring strong FMCG or consumer goods experience, with a proven ability to manage major retail accounts, influence stakeholders, and identify opportunities that deliver sustainable growth and long-term customer value.

• Experience in National Accounts or commercial leadership in FMCG/beauty sectors.
• Proven ability to manage major grocery accounts and exceed targets.
• Strong stakeholder influence and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Woolworths portfolio with strategic customer plans.
• Negotiate joint business plans, terms, and commercial agreements.
• Identify growth opportunities through ranging and promotions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams.
• Analyze performance to deliver actionable insights.
• Coach Account Managers and strengthen key stakeholder relationships.
