DBG Health seeks a Senior National Business Manager to lead our Woolworths portfolio, driving growth through strategy, launches, and deep category expertise. You will strengthen partnerships with Woolworths and deliver compelling commercial plans across a leading beauty and consumer health brands portfolio.

You bring 7–10+ years in FMCG/consumer goods with proven retail account leadership, a sharp commercial mindset, and the ability to coach Account Managers toward ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in National Account Management or Commercial Leadership roles in FMCG/beauty/consumer goods.
• Proven experience managing major grocery customers (ideally Woolworths) with sales and profitability growth.
• Strong commercial acumen in negotiations, joint business planning, and revenue growth management.
• Demonstrated leadership in developing high-performing teams and cross-functional influence.
• Advanced analytics experience using retailer data to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Woolworths portfolio and develop customer strategies for sustainable sales, profit, and market share growth.
• Deliver annual business plans, JBPs, trading terms negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Identify growth opportunities through ranging, distribution expansion, promos, category initiatives, and new product launches.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Category teams to deliver customer plans and operational excellence.
• Analyze customer, shopper and market data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Lead and develop Account Managers, building strong relationships with Woolworths stakeholders.
