Indie Campers in Sydney, Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a cluster of depots, ensure excellent customer service, fleet availability, and operational efficiency.

You will coach Operations Supervisors to implement SOPs, hit KPIs, and report to the Regional Director. The role requires 7–10 years in hands-on ops and 3–5 years in leadership, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to Botany depot.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of hands-on operational experience in relevant sectors.
• 3–5 years of team leadership across multiple locations or depots.
• Strong ability to analyze KPI data and drive improvements.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive campervans.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Depot Leaders across multiple locations.
• Ensuring SOP compliance and high customer service standards.
