Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a cluster of depots, driving efficiency, customer service, and fleet availability while coaching Depot Leaders to follow SOPs and achieve KPI targets.

You will be the link between local teams and central functions, coordinating with Ops, Finance, and HR, and you must travel up to 75% to provide hands-on support and maintain standards.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of hands-on operational experience in relevant sectors.
• 3-5 years in team leadership across multiple locations or high-volume depots.
• Proven ability to manage depot financials including budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Depot Leaders across multiple locations.
• Ensure SOP compliance and high customer service standards.
• Monitor KPIs and implement performance-improvement strategies.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, and depot costs.
• Collaborate with Central Ops, Finance, and HR teams.
• Travel frequently (up to 75%) to provide hands-on support.
