Job summary

Indie Campers is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee a cluster of depots at Botany NSW. You will drive customer service excellence, fleet availability, and operational efficiency while coaching Depot Supervisors and reporting directly to the Regional Director.

We seek an experienced leader with 7–10 years in hands-on operations and 3–5 years in multi-location leadership, plus strong KPI analytics, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in hands-on operational roles (rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality).
• 3–5 years in team leadership roles managing multiple locations or high-volume depots.
• Comfortable acting on operational KPI data.
• Amenable to commute to and from the Depot: 1553-1555 Botany Rd, Botany NSW 2019, Australia.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with Depot Leaders across multiple locations.
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs and high standards of customer service.
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborating with Central Ops, Finance, and HR teams.
