Cipher Recruitment is seeking a Level 3 Service Desk Engineer to join their growing IT services team in North Sydney. This is a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work model (2–3 days in the office).

You will be part of a team of 16 Level 3 Engineers with strong networking backgrounds, supporting an organization of ~50 employees. The ideal candidate will have MSP experience, expertise in Microsoft 365, VMware/Hyper-V, Cisco Meraki and Aruba networking, Windows Server, SQL and Active

Qualificações

• Experience in an MSP or IT services environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Networking experience with Cisco Meraki and Aruba.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL and Active Directory.
• ITIL v4 Foundation knowledge or experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level technical support to clients in an MSP environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across networking, servers and collaboration tools.
• Liaise with clients to manage incidents and problem tickets to resolution.
