Job summary

Ambulance Victoria seeks a Senior Officer Mobile Device Support to coordinate and deliver mobile technology support for our fleet of iOS and Android devices. The role ensures frontline staff have reliable access to tools and technology, managing devices, applications and SIM services.

This is a Full Time, Fixed Term role based at the Ballarat Business Centre. Reporting to the Senior Team Leader Mobile Device Support, you will manage the support queue, coordinate testing, maintain asset records,

Qualifications

• Degree or certification with relevant experience.
• Experience delivering digital & technology support, mobile device focus.
• Knowledge of mobile tech and device management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the mobile support queue and ensure timely incident resolution.
• Coordinate mobile device and application testing.
• Maintain accurate mobile device and SIM asset records.
• Commission and decommission mobile devices and SIM services.
