Job summary

Ambulance Victoria is seeking a Patient Liaison Support Officer to provide high-level support to the Patient Safety & Experience team. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid work with a presence at our Blackburn headquarters and potential relocation to Doncaster as part of the hybrid model.

The role requires strong administrative skills, MS Office proficiency, and proven experience supporting large organisations with confidential information.

Qualifications

• Experience providing confidential administrative or project support in a large organisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent time management in a busy environment with high-volume inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage information on AV intranet and social media, including writing and publishing.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing of day-to-day activities.
• Assist with drafting briefs, papers and reports.
• Engage with patients, consumers and community members to achieve positive feedback.
• Develop strong relationships across the division and with internal/external stakeholders.
