Job summary

Glencore Australia at Hail Creek Open Cut is seeking a Senior Mining Systems Coordinator to lead the Dispatch team and own the Production Systems roadmap. You will direct the installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of mining systems and fleet tools to deliver measurable value for the operation.

You will coach operational leaders, translate system performance into business outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across the site with a view to sustaining operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive mine site experience with operating machinery and fleet systems.
• Advanced computer skills with Modular, CAT MineStar, MinVu, Corvus, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to lead or coordinate operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct leadership of the Dispatch team, including performance management and rostering.
• Own the strategic vision, direction, and continuous improvement roadmap for Production Systems.
• Oversee installation, configuration, testing and maintenance of mining systems and fleet tools.
