Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with APHRA/ESSA or related registration.
• Drivers licence.
• Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator Certificate.
• All core units of competency as required by coal mine workers.
• Knowledge of QLD coal mining health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate health promotions and oversee programs such as the Occupational Health Monitoring Program, Injury Management and Rehabilitation/Return to Work, and the Coal Mine Workers Health Scheme for all employees and contractors.
• Maintain meticulous records to meet statutory and corporate obligations.
• Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
