Aurelia Metals is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor to strengthen the safety culture at Peak Mine, Cobar NSW. You will lead proactive safety initiatives, drive compliance and partner with leaders to build a high-performing site workforce focused on safety above all else.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert IV WHS.
• ICAM training and RIIRI301/RIIWHS301/RIICOM301 units.
• TAE4011 Cert in training and assessment.
• Current, unrestricted Manual C Class Driver's Licence.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and incident investigation.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert WHS advice and support on system implementation while ensuring legal and corporate compliance.
• Facilitate risk assessments, ICAM investigations, inspections and safety audits with corrective actions.
• Monitor contractor incident reporting and records in INX and track close-outs in InControl.
• Deliver safety training and promote use of TAKE 5, JSAs, PTOs and Safety Interactions.
• Analyse safety performance and report hazards and trends to WHS leadership.
• Support rehabilitation, injury management and emergency response readiness across site.
