Aurelia Metals Limited is seeking a Mining Supervisor to provide statutory supervision of underground mining activities at Peak Mine, NSW. You will lead Underground Operators, coordinate daily operations to hit production targets, and drive continuous improvement with a strong focus on safety and team culture.

The role requires a NSW Metalliferous Underground Mine Supervisor Certificate and at least 7 years of mining experience, with proven leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the role

Join our team as a Mining Supervisor where you’ll have an integral role in shaping our future. You provide statutory supervision of mining activities to ensure compliance with NSW mining regulations, while fostering a strong safety and Values-driven team culture.

You’ll lead a team of Underground Operators, coordinating daily operations to meet production targets, while safety and production are optimised. Strong leadership, communication and on-the-ground problem-solving skills will be essential as you drive continuous improvement to support the success of our mining team.

Travel options

Residents enjoy a balanced roster and the opportunity to settle into the family-friendly township of Cobar. Relocation support is available, along with a residential allowance

DIDO if you live within an 800km radius of the Mine site which includes a travel allowance

FIFO from Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne
