- Experience in strategic mine planning, value-based decision making and optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and optimisation of integrated life-of-asset mine plans.
- Balance value, risk and operational performance in planning decisions.
- Coach engineers and professionals to build capability and performance.
- Lead annual Ore Reserve processes with governance and reporting.
