Mineral Resources is seeking an experienced Manager Mine Planning - Iron Ore to lead the development and delivery of two-year, five-year and Life-of-Mine plans. Reporting to the General Manager Studies and Planning, you will shape strategic decisions, capital planning and operational execution across our iron ore business.

You will lead a high-performing team of planning professionals, establish governance for planning, and provide actionable insights to executives.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualification in mining engineering, geology or related technical discipline.
• Membership of a recognised professional body such as AusIMM.
• Capability to act as Competent Person for Ore Reserve reporting.
• Proven experience in a senior mine-planning or technical leadership role.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of bulk commodity supply chains and strategic mine planning.
• Experience contributing to studies, approvals, technology implementation or data-system improvements.
• Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills.
