Job summary

Hooker & Heijden in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead a Mid-Market and Corporate portfolio, delivering best-in-class insurance outcomes for our clients. You will collaborate with the Team Manager to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction across a range of sectors.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience managing clients, and a Tier 1 broking qualification or a diploma in insurance broking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience managing clients.
• Must be an insurance broker with Tier 1 broking qualification or diploma in insurance broking.
• Strong technical understanding of General Lines general insurance.
• Post Graduate/Diploma or Degree in Business/Finance/Commerce with Tier 1 Broking compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of Mid-Market & Corporate clients.
• Collaborate with Team Manager to deliver company goals.
• Develop relationships with carriers to secure client outcomes.
• Support client retention and revenue growth through New Business.
• Prepare and manage policy documents, renewals, endorsements and client communications.
• Represent the client in industry events and tenders when required.
• Provide high quality support to team members and ensure timely responses.
