You will engage in in-depth conversations, assist with enquiries, support digital service usage, manage personal lending applications, and ensure accurate cash handling while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a banking or retail setting.
• Willing to learn and adapt; prior lending experience desirable.
• Proactive, results-driven with ability to meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with enquiries to facilitate banking.
