Job summary

Eastern Health is seeking a Senior Medical Workforce Coordinator to manage workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment for Senior Medical Staff. You will coordinate employment contracts and provide lifecycle support within a collaborative Medical Workforce Unit.

You will work with Talent Acquisition, Remuneration Services and the Director of Medical Services to deliver a professional, customer-focused service to internal and external stakeholders. A values-based organisation awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry or a Workforce Unit.
• Experience in preparation and administration of employment contracts and coordinating end-to-end recruitment.
• Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, including ability to manage competing priorities.
• Highly developed communication skills and experience with stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a team environment to deliver optimal outcomes.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and CGov credentialling system is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and coordinate recruitment, appointment and employment contract administration for Senior Medical Staff.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-focused service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Medical Workforce team, Talent Acquisition, Remuneration Services and Director of Medical Services.
