Zusammenfassung

Eucalyptus is seeking a registered nurse to lead our Sydney-based medical support team, establishing high clinical standards and a patient-first care model. You will closely supervise offshore teams and drive safety, empathy, and scale in our digital care ecosystem.

You will influence clinical thought leadership, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve patient journeys and outcomes across markets.

Qualifikationen

• You are a registered nurse (AHPRA) with 5+ years experience in a clinical or patient-facing role.
• You have experience leading and managing a clinical team, including performance management and professional development.
• You have prior telehealth experience and familiarity with GLP-1 treatments.
• You are a skilled communicator who handles sensitive clinical conversations with empathy and clarity.
• You have strong clinical judgement and act as the final escalation point for complex cases.
• You are a natural problem-solver who seeks systemic improvements, not just case-by-case fixes.
• You are excited about technology, healthcare, and patient outcomes and can contribute to digital care narratives.
• You are comfortable speaking in public and representing EUC's clinical philosophy externally.
