Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a registered nurse with 5+ years in clinical or patient-facing roles to lead our Sydney-based medical support team and uphold high clinical standards. You’ll shape patient care, support processes, and be the go-to escalation point for complex cases, partnering with operations, product, and clinical teammates.

You’ll drive thought leadership, help translate clinical concepts for patients and teams, and represent EUC’s care philosophy in external communications, as we scale

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with 5+ years in clinical or patient-facing role.
• Proven experience leading and managing a clinical team.
• Experience in telehealth and GLP-1.
• Strong communication with empathy, clarity and confidence.
• Final escalation point for complex or high-risk cases.
• Ability to translate clinical concepts for wider audience.
• Willingness to speak publicly and represent EUC externally.
• Comfort with change and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Sydney-based medical support team with clinical standards.
• Embed patient-centric improvements to journeys and care.
• Act as escalation point for complex patient enquiries and high-risk cases.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and product teams to reduce risks.
• Represent the clinic's clinical philosophy in external communications.
• Contribute to thought leadership and patient-centered content.
