Pro Health Care in Glenelg, SA is seeking a Senior Medical Receptionist for a casual role supporting two clinics with about 20–25 hours per week. Friday availability is essential as is flexibility for additional shifts.

You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house reception duties and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations. With leadership responsibilities, you will mentor administrative staff, coordinate rostering, and ensure Medicare/billing processes are handled accurately.

Responsibilities

• Support the Practice Manager in daily clinic operations across locations.

• Assist with rostering, leave coordination and onboarding of new staff.
• Contribute to back-of-house tasks including documentation, stock control and billing.
