Job summary

AECOM in Perth, Australia is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead mechanical design within our Water Infrastructure team across Australia and New Zealand. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with internal and external teams, and contribute to a diverse range of water-related projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering required; CPEng highly regarded.
• Demonstrated mechanical design experience in water and/or wastewater projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical designs as part of the water infrastructure team across Australia and New Zealand.
• Provide design advice, review and approval while upholding delivery standards.
• Work on major water infrastructure projects including water/wastewater facilities, desalination, pump stations and pipelines.
• Mentor and develop emerging engineers to shape the next generation.
