Job summary

Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead relationships across large enterprise accounts, combining paid media, analytics, and reporting to deliver meaningful client outcomes.

You will act as a trusted advisor, translate business objectives into account priorities, manage renewals, expansion, profitability and risk, and collaborate with martech and media specialists to improve data collection and platform adoption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client-facing roles within advertising or marketing
• Experience managing large, complex accounts and senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate client challenges into clear requirements for cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems and Google Marketing Platform
• Experience discussing analytics, attribution, data collection and reporting with clients

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client lead for large Enterprise accounts
• Develop understanding of client objectives, digital ecosystem, and commercial priorities
• Own account plans covering growth, retention, and risk management
• Translate client challenges into requirements and work with Jellyfish specialists
• Articulate client objectives and demonstrate measurable impact
• Lead renewals, scope development, and commercial discussions
• Own monthly revenue forecasting, provisions and pipeline visibility
• Identify risks early and implement action plans with leadership support
• Maintain client playbooks, meeting notes, and financial reports
• Partner with paid media and martech specialists to deliver integrated solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams with clear direction and accountability
• Collaborate with finance on invoicing and reporting
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and innovative partnerships
• Promote collaboration and an innovative mindset within the team
• Model professionalism, accountability and excellence
