Job summary

Kmart is seeking a Senior Martech Manager on a fixed term contract to lead the strategy, integration and governance of our marketing technology with Braze at the heart of our customer engagement platform.

You will own Braze setup, data structures, journeys and integrations across Tealium, Snowflake, Branch.io and Contentful, shaping scalable data flows and consent controls. Collaboration with Marketing, Product, Data and Security teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

7+ years leading enterprise marketing technology, CRM or digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, integration, governance and evolution of marketing technology around Braze.
Own Braze platform configuration, integrations, data structures, events and journey architecture.
Drive partnerships to integrate Braze with Tealium, Snowflake and other systems.
Define scalable data flows, identity resolution and consent controls.
Translate needs into scalable technical solutions and delivery plans.
Establish governance, design standards and operating rhythms across Martech ecosystem.
Build capability via playbooks, training and reusable patterns.
Collaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, Digital, Product, Data, Tech, Privacy and Security teams.
Manage vendors and implementation partners, SLAs, costs and risks.
