Job summary

Publicis Communications Australia is looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of Braze-based customer engagement solutions for a high-profile client in Sydney. Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Martech, marketing automation or customer engagement roles.
Background in prototyping and light coding.
Strong basics in HTML, CSS, JS and scripting languages like Liquid or ActionScript.
2+ years of experience articulating solution designs with Martech platforms.
Proven track record of successful solution design work.
Experience with complex data environments and streaming data.
Experience leading technical delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical design and delivery of Braze-based customer engagement solutions.
Translate creative ideas into technical and data requirements for Braze and related platforms.
Mentor and develop technical delivery teams, both locally and offshore.
Collaborate with client, account, creative, strategy and analytics teams across the project lifecycle.
Ensure solutions comply with client data security and internal standards.
Establish and maintain standards for documentation and knowledge sharing.
