Job summary

Paxus - Technology + Digital Talent is seeking a Platform Product Lead to drive marketing technology platforms and coordinate with business owners to design and deliver solutions that optimise marketing workflows, content management, and campaign execution amid organisational change.

You will collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams, lead a squad of 5–10, and stay current with evolving marketing technology stacks to ensure business needs are met.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories.
• Leadership experience managing squads of 5–10 team members.
• Excellent communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven stakeholder management in complex environments.
• Knowledge of marketing workflows, CMS, and DAM tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead marketing technology solutions and product roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements from business owners, create user stories, and oversee testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA to ensure quality and fit for purpose.
• Build and maintain relationships across departments to enable organisational change.
