Job summary

Paxus is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM/CCM Lead on a 6‑month rolling contract to manage the Dynamics 365 Sales platform and partner with Capgemini. You will drive roadmaps, governance, and BAU transition while ensuring business value through technology alignment.

The role emphasizes business capability, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management over hands‑on development, with initial uplift then ongoing BAU ownership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Sales module.
• Strong techno-functional understanding of D365 configuration and business processes.
• Experience in product owner / CRM lead / platform lead roles.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and delivery partners.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Experience defining roadmaps, backlogs, and Agile delivery practices.
• Knowledge of ALM, release, incident, and problem management.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ITSM platform.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary relationship manager between business stakeholders and external partner Capgemini.
• Own and manage the Dynamics 365 Sales platform from a business perspective.
• Drive product roadmap development and backlog prioritisation.
• Manage and maintain the product backlog, user stories, sprint planning, and releases.
• Facilitate governance forums and guide prioritisation decisions.
• Review vendor proposals, estimates, and technical approaches.
• Support transition of project deliverables into BAU operations.
• Oversee ALM processes and handle incidents, changes, and releases.
• Monitor vendor performance, SLAs and service delivery outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and risk requirements.
• Coordinate weekly releases and support major platform releases.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and user experience.
• Support test automation capabilities where required.
