Job summary

Paxus in Sydney is seeking a Director-level Marketing Technology Leader to develop and lead marketing technology solutions and product roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.

You will gather requirements from business owners, create user stories, oversee testing and delivery, and work with developers, architects, and QA to ensure outcomes meet business needs and quality standards. This leadership role shapes the future of marketing systems in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing marketing technology platforms such as AEM, Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
• Strong requirements gathering and user story creation skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and leadership experience managing squads of 5–10.
• Experience navigating complex organisational structures and change.
• Knowledge of marketing workflows, content management systems, and digital asset management tools.
