Job summary

RAC WA is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Insurance, to lead strategy and program development for Insurance products and drive growth and retention in Western Australia. This is a full-time, 18-month max-term contract within the RAC Marketing Leadership team.

You will oversee communications, budgets, and go-to-market plans, manage agencies, and execute data-driven campaigns while navigating regulatory requirements to maximise business outcomes.

• Facilitate strategic thinking around creative and media strategies and annual marketing plan for RAC Insurance.
• Manage tracking and coordination of Insurance marketing budgets and ROI analyses.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, Insurance you willbe responsible formarketing strategyand programdevelopment and execution, to support product initiatives and achieve business growth and retention.
This opportunity is available full time on an 18-month max term contract.

We are looking for a product marketing expert, who has experience in strategy development, leading teams through change, navigating highly regulated categories andexecutinga fully integrated go-to-market approach. This role also plays a key part in the RAC Marketing Leadership team, to nurture and grow capabilityand culturewithin the function.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee all marketing communications to directly support annual Insuranceobjectivesand business goals.
• Ensure high-quality, on-brand marketing materials are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting sales and retention targets.
• Oversee production of advertising and promotional materials for Business Units (BUs), ensuring they support product measures such as new business sales, retention rates, and awareness.
• Identifyopportunities for improved marketing performance through competitor analysis, data-driven proposition development, and awareness of marketing and media trends.
• Lead development and implementation of marketing and communications for all Insurance products, aligning with annual product and marketing plans to meetobjectivesand targets.
• Facilitate strategic thinking around creative and media strategies, manage complex media plans, and develop the annual marketing plan for RAC Insurance.
• Manage tracking and coordination of Insurance marketing and communication budgets, providing recommendations on value creation, and ensure project effectiveness through analysis and ROI disciplines, presenting results to stakeholders for continuous improvement.

• Management of agency partners and experience working in a matrix structure;
