Responsibilities

• Manage renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities to achieve financial targets
• Develop expertise on underwriting issues across the portfolio
• Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, and procedures
• Negotiate pricing and policy terms with the Business Development team
• Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries and customers to grow opportunities
