Club Marine, the leading boat insurance provider in Australia and backed by Allianz, is seeking an Underwriter in Melbourne, VIC. This hybrid role requires two days in office weekly, with a shared roster between 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will work with our team to deliver sales and service outcomes for customers while supporting portfolio growth. The role suits a motivated, customer-focused individual with a service orientation and a desire to learn within a high-performing team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide underwriting service to direct customers and Member Service Specialists.
• Collaborate with underwriting and distribution teams to keep customers at the heart of decisions.
• Follow processes to achieve sales, service and quality targets.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls and correspondence within SLAs.
• Support balanced portfolio growth aligned with profitability and long-term value.
• Day-to-day workflows to ensure high-quality, reliable products and services.
