Reporting to the Underwriting Operations Manager, you will help manage renewals, endorsements, and new business to hit financial targets while upholding underwriting guidelines and risk controls.

• Diploma level insurance qualification (or working towards) with motor underwriting experience.
• Knowledge of Heavy Motor / MPE industry and relevant legislation.
• Strong negotiation and delivery-expectation management.

• Manage renewals, endorsements, and new business opportunities to attain financial targets.
• Develop expertise on underwriting issues across the portfolio.
• Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, and controls across the portfolio.
