NTI Limited is expanding its Marine Underwriting team in Australia, offering a path to become a Marine Underwriter. You will work with specialists to grow sustainable profitability across Marine Protect, and collaborate with multiple departments to price risks profitably.

The role emphasizes building technical expertise, strong stakeholder relationships, and opportunities to contribute to market-leading projects while supporting work-from-home flexibility and a proactive development culture.

Competenze

• Working knowledge of Marine Underwriting and understanding of relevant legislation (highly desired)
• The ability to negotiate priorities, as well as set and manage delivery expectations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management
• A strong customer focus, service ethic and commitment to excellence
• A desire to engage and network in the insurance market

Mansioni

• Manage Renewals, Endorsements and New Business opportunities to attain financial targets
• Collaborate across various departments throughout the business to ensure the profitable pricing of risks and identification of potential growth opportunities
• Involvement in the Underwriting policies, pricing/policy negotiation with the Commercial team and audit process
