CSR Springboard in Scoresby, Victoria seeks a Manufacturing Manager to lead a 24/5 operation, driving safety, quality and productivity. You will develop leaders, coach teams, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement across the site.

The role focuses on Lean, 5S and equipment reliability, with responsibility for safety, environmental standards and stakeholder collaboration in a unionised environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong safety culture and delivery of safety outcomes.
• Experience driving Lean, CI, 5S and WCM initiatives.
• Ability to coach and develop production teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytics.
• Experience managing KPIs, productivity and performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Exposure to unionised environments is valued.

• Lead site production operations with focus on safety, quality, service and productivity.
• Champion Zero Harm culture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive site performance across production, delivery, cost and reliability.
• Lead Lean, 5S and CI initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Develop and mentor leaders and production teams to build capability.
• Manage planning, budgets, cost control and site metrics.
• Identify losses and implement improvements to equipment reliability.
• Build relationships with maintenance, engineering and operations teams.
• Support industrial relations and operate within a unionised environment.
