Job summary

CSR Limited is seeking a WCM Engineer to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across Bringelly and Minto sites. You will lead Lean initiatives, manage capital investments and embed WCM standards to improve safety, quality and efficiency.

The role reports to site operations and requires strong analytical, stakeholder management and project leadership skills to deliver measurable outcomes across multi-site manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with focus on process improvement and manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing, heavy industry, or similar environments.
• Strong Lean and Continuous Improvement capability with practical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of World Class Manufacturing across multiple sites.
• Identify and prioritise improvement opportunities using data.
• Deliver complex continuous improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable change.
