CSR Hebel Somersby site seeks a hands-on Production Manager who builds high-performing teams and drives accountability on the factory floor. You will lead Supervisors and Team Leaders to achieve safety, quality and cost targets in a large-scale manufacturing operation.

You will engage, coach and develop people, champion continuous improvement and ensure customer expectations are met while managing labour and materials efficiently.

Competenze

• Experience leading teams within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven success managing large workforces through frontline leaders.
• Strong people leadership skills including coaching, performance management and engagement.
• Experience driving cultural change and accountability within operational teams.
• Background in continuous process manufacturing.
• Track record of delivering production, safety and KPI improvements.
• Industrial relations and employee relations experience.
• Resilience to navigate production challenges and lead through change.
• Strong stakeholder management across operational and support functions.
• Tertiary qualifications in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or related discipline.
