Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust, part of the Perpetual Group, seeks a Governance and Oversight Manager to supervise incidents, breaches and complaints across outsourced providers. You will support an effective outsourcing framework, investigate operational issues and drive remediation and control improvements across the business.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong communication and the ability to manage competing priorities in a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in law, business, accounting or economics.
• At least three years of financial services experience.
• Experience monitoring administrators or registry providers preferred.
• Knowledge of managed investment scheme operations and relevant regulatory risk frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents, breaches and complaints involving outsourced service providers.
• Investigate operational issues, identify root causes and highlight control weaknesses.
• Review remediation plans and ensure timely delivery of actions.
• Assess service provider performance and risk exposures including SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers for risk outcomes.
• Prepare reporting and insights for management and committees.
• Drive continuous improvements to incident management processes and controls.
