You will work with senior leaders, external partners and internal teams to translate partnership objectives into action, align with organisational priorities, and govern partnership activities with robust reporting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading strategic partnerships in public sector.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong governance and performance reporting background.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• Experience in local government or wider public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of partnership strategies that support organisational objectives.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, innovation and service improvement across partner organisations.
• Represent the organisation at partnership boards, steering groups and senior stakeholder meetings.
• Coordinate partnership activities, ensuring effective governance, reporting and performance management arrangements are in place.
• Develop and present reports, briefings and recommendations for senior leadership teams.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies associated with partnership programmes and initiatives.
• Support the delivery of strategic projects and programmes through effective stakeholder engagement and collaborative working.
