Zusammenfassung

Riverside is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the site manager in delivering housing projects to programme, budget and safety standards. You will oversee contractors, manage materials, and drive quality across the build whilst maintaining strong customer engagement.

The role emphasises HSE compliance, collaboration with commercial and technical teams, and post-handover checks to ensure a 5-star customer experience. Based at Burnley Prospect Site with a Monday–Friday pattern.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar house building site management role.
• Experience with quality and health and safety standards.
• Experience in delivering open market sale developments.
• Degree level or equivalent in construction discipline.
• SMSTS and first aid qualifications preferred.

Aufgaben

• Ensure construction works are carried out and monitored in line with current health, safety and environmental legislation (HSE).
• Supervise and manage all contractors and labour to meet programme and handover dates.
• Manage materials and subcontractor call-offs for site efficiency and timely reporting.
• Deliver a high quality product with low snag rates and strong customer satisfaction.
• Conduct post-completion 10-day customer visits to identify and rectify defects.
• Attend weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and liaise with commercial and technical teams.
