Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a seasoned contract manager in Parramatta to lead large-scale ticketing contracts, including Opal system oversight, and to drive vendor performance and compliance across complex agreements.

You will be involved in leading and managing large-scale ticketing contracts, including oversight of high-value customer-facing agreements such as the Opal system.

You will support the delivery and performance of outsourced services, ensuring compliance, operational effectiveness and strong vendor management across complex contracts.

You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team, balancing hands-on contract management with people leadership and acting as a key interface for stakeholders.

About You

• You have strong experience in complex commercial contract management, ideally within large-scale, customer-facing or technology environments.
• You have proven leadership capability, with experience managing and developing teams while overseeing high-value outsourced service providers.
• You have excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills, with the ability to operate across technical and commercial environments, manage competing priorities, and navigate complex contractual matters. Experience or exposure to legal environments would be highly regarded.
