Job summary

Ausenco is seeking a Manager, Sustaining Capital to join our Perth team. You will lead the growth of our sustaining capital and brownfield project delivery business across Western Australia and Africa, leveraging MSAs with mining clients and driving opportunities from bid to delivery.

In this role you will manage multidisciplinary engineering and delivery teams, oversee safety, quality, schedule and commercial outcomes, and mentor staff while expanding client relationships in the resources

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading sustaining capital and brownfield projects in the mining/resources sector.
• Proven success in client engagement, business development and project delivery leadership.
• Strong understanding of engineering, project execution and asset optimisation in operational environments.
• Ability to identify opportunities, develop winning proposals and grow client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and development of Ausenco's Sustaining Capital business across WA and Africa.
• Build and strengthen strategic relationships with mining/resource sector clients.
• Identify opportunities, develop proposals and win sustaining capital and brownfield work.
• Oversee delivery of sustaining capital projects from concept to completion.
• Provide leadership across multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams.
• Engage at client sites across Perth, SW, and broader WA regions.
• Manage project performance across safety, quality, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor team members and foster a high-performance, client-focused culture.
