Job summary

Cleanaway in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Engineering/Project Delivery professional to lead engineering and project activities across multiple industrial processing facilities, delivering a portfolio of 10–20 capital projects annually (budgets $1–$10m).

You will partner with operational leaders to identify asset improvements, manage risks, and provide technical governance; a small team will be led, and MOC, PSSR, HAZOP/HAZID practices will be applied to support safe, compliant

Qualifications

Engineering degree in Process, Chemical or related technical discipline.
Proven experience delivering engineering CAPEX projects and maintenance outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering and project activities across multiple industrial facilities in WA.
Deliver portfolio of 10–20 capital projects annually (budgets A$1–10m) from concept to handover.
Partner with operational leaders to identify asset improvements, manage risks and support performance.
Manage a small team and provide technical leadership for MOC, PSSR, HAZOP/HAZID for safe operations.
Influence engineering standards, contractor performance, procurement, and long-term asset planning.
