Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major brownfields upgrade within a large-scale minerals processing operation in Western Australia. You will oversee the full lifecycle from front-end studies to execution, commissioning and handover, driving safety, schedule, cost, quality and risk outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Engineering or Project Management, 10+ years in industrial/resource projects, and a proven track record managing $10M+ projects.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering or Project Management.
• 10+ years' experience delivering industrial or resource sector projects.
• Proven track record managing projects valued at $10M+.
• Strong experience across both study phases and project execution.
• Background in minerals processing, chemical processing, refineries, or heavy industrial environments highly regarded.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a significant brownfields capital project valued at approximately $150M.
• Manage delivery from FEL3 through construction, commissioning, and project close-out.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and operational stakeholders.
• Drive performance across safety, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
• Ensure operational readiness, successful handover, and long-term project outcomes.
